First Home Fund Scheme Deadline Friday 2 October 2020

This is a gentle reminder from Scullion LAW that the Scottish Government have announced that the popular First Home Fund Scheme for first time buyers will close at 6pm on Friday 2 October. This means that if you plan on using this scheme, which only requires a 5% deposit then you need to have had an offer accepted on a property and an application submitted by this date.
