Getting to know our team: Client Care Manager Charmaine joined Scullion LAW in 2012

We would like to introduce you to our Client Care Manager Charmaine.

She is an asset to the firm. Popular with the team and always willing to go that extra mile. Charmaine has helped us to maintain our excellent 5 star standards of client care by following every case from conception to completion, ironing out any inconsistencies as we go along. Communication is key.  For us all client feedback is invaluable. It helps us identify what areas are going well, what staff are going that extra mile for our valued clients and deserve recognition and reward, as well as identifying areas where we need to improve. Consistency across the business is KEY.

‘I started with Scullion LAW on 1st October 2012 (2 weeks after moving back to Scotland from California). I have always had a passion for Client care and making people feel valued and thought there would be no better way than to do this other than on reception at Scullion LAW, a Firm that I have known for 30 plus years. I loved speaking to a variety of clients and helping them by putting them at ease and transferring them to the correct department to give them the very best legal advice to suit their needs. After 2 years on reception I wanted to develop client care for the firm and build upon the excellent service. I love that the Firm has grown since I started but still has a very supportive and family feel to it. Our goal is to revolutionise clients’ needs of legal services one client at a time and I believe we are truly getting closer!’
