‘I started working with Scullion LAW in May 2011 as a Conveyancing Paralegal.
I had come back to work full-time after working alongside my husband in his business.
The Conveyancing Department became very busy and my role changed. The firm required someone who was good at taking the lead in managing and dealing with introducers and ensuring that a good level of service was given to our clients so thought I would be a good candidate!
This then led to where I am now, New Business Manager. This is a very fulfilling role and involves being able to handle demands, targets, guidelines and high stress situations. I enjoy maintaining and establishing new business relationships with introducers and being able to create new business relationships with potential clients.
I have been given a lot of encouragement and support from my peers in moving into this role and this has given me the confidence to flourish. I am delighted to be managing a great team of people!
