Getting to know our team: Introducing Liz

I have been a Legal Secretary for over 25 years (showing my age!). 

I have worked in a few different law firms in Glasgow and Hamilton during my career.  Before I came to Scullion LAW I had been working part time in a Criminal Defence Firm, however I decided I wanted a new challenge and saw the advert for a Legal Secretary at Scullion LAW and decided to go for it.

I joined the firm in October 2017. I work within the Private Client Department providing support to the Family Team and the Estates Team.

The role can be very demanding however as a team we all cope extremely well under the pressure.  We all work hard and we also have a great laugh together (I’ve had to purchase waterproof mascara!). 

Scullion LAW have been very welcoming to me and everyone is so friendly and supportive, I feel like I have been here forever! The office building is beautiful and retains many original features. 

The people who inspire me the most are Charmaine, our Client Care Manager, and Judith, our Family Law Solicitor.  Charmaine is such a positive and motivating person and Judith  is very caring and has such a calming presence and she is extremely passionate about her work.  I love working in Scullion LAW and look forward to the challenges ahead.
